its been between 21-32C here in Brussels since mid May. I think it's rained twice since then. On thurs they predict 35C. thank god I'm wfh that day.
Had 2 BBQ already on my large terrace. It all done Cafe Del Mar.and been ro 3 others.
My specialality is chicken brochettes marinated in Nandos sauce, chicken stock and garlic. I buy beef brochettes with herb de provence from my local butcher.
None of that sausage and burger muck for me.

As it was Father's Day I got to chose what's for lunch.
Had roast beef with all the trimmings it was the bollocks still tucking into the cheeseboard.
Bbqs are fucking shit so is this weather unless your abroad on holiday with air con and a pool.
Dreading the rattler on the way home from work tommorow.
Winter can't come soon enough.
